Agents Marketing Center has been proudly serving Arizona insurance brokers since 1982. We originally offered individual and group health products, but in 1995 added our sister agency, AMC Life Marketing, to handle the life and annuity side of the business. Since that time, we have grown into a national full service brokerage, licensed in multiple states, with products that include life, annuities, health, disability, long term care and Medicare. We bridge the gap between the broker and the carrier, by delivering the best products, commissions and service, while working for and with the broker to maximize their production potential.

Rex W. Snyder, President
Rex came to Agents Marketing in 1988 and took over the reins as President in 1993. He acts as adviser and consultant to the many agents contracted with the agency. His responsibilities include the training of new agents, the marketing of products, the selection of products quoted, and underwriting possibilities. He has also been known to take status calls and claims questions. Rex believes that all things are possible! |

Jan Snyder, Vice President
Jan joined her husband, Rex, in the business in 1992. Product training, quoting, underwriting and after-the-sale support are her areas of expertise. You can count on Jan to be a valuable source of information and customer service. She strives to be the link that connects agents to products; helping them work smarter and sell more. |

Jo Cooper, Director of Operations
Jo is the senior member of the AMC team. She has been with the agency for over 25 years; has practically seen and done it all, and has handled all facets of the brokerage business during that time. She now supervises the New Business and Contracting departments; handles the life and annuity business and commission accounting, acts as the Office Manager, and is the resident computer advisor. Jo can answer just about any questions you can ask, or knows where to go for the answer. She believes in doing things right the first time and is dedicated to helping brokers manage their business efficiently to increase production.

Scott Ender, Vice President of Health Marketing
Scott has been with AMC since August of 2005 and was appointed Vice President of Health Marketing in December of 2009. Scott’s area of expertise lies in understanding and educating the broker in all lines of health insurance including individual, group and LTC with a forte in Medicare. Scott’s responsibilities include working with agents on a daily basis to introduce and generate interest in products, as well as distributing leads to producing agents and setting up marketing meetings and training events. Scott is more than willing to help any agent with any business issues that they may have.

Sheila Crismon, Health New Business Manager
Sheila has worked in the insurance industry since 1982 and has been with AMC for several years now. She handles the contracting and new business for group and individual health, and Medicare. Her duties include new business submission, status, follow up, and the servicing of new and existing accounts. She is committed to handling your problems and concerns, and prides herself in being able to communicate effectively with the brokers and carriers. She will be happy to assist you however she can.

Annmarie Michael, Administrative Assistant
Annmarie is relatively new to our firm, but has great Customer Service skills; is enthusiastic and eager to help in any capacity she can. She acts as our receptionist; manages our supply department; handles our proposal and quoting functions, and assists with office admin and new business! She will assist you in whatever you need, and direct you to the appropriate department, as necessary. Be sure to give Ann a call.
